Think about how we begin a relationship

In order for us to really make things happen, transform your lives and business results, we need to three things in place:

• Trust and respect
• Commitment to finding and living the truth
• Understanding of the real core limiting corporate belief

This takes time. Somewhere between a couple of seconds and a couple of years we will know if we have enough ‘1&2’ to root out ‘3’ and make the difference.

In organisations, there are always ‘champions’ champing at the bit to fulfil their potential. And there are always cynics and fear-mongers who undermine the vision and possibilities by pretending with great authority they can see the future, and the future is black – unless you do what they want to keep their frail self-concept feeling secure.

If you’re a champion, we need to do enough preliminary work with you until a critical mass are willing to let go of the matchsticks keeping their nightmares afloat and turn on their standard issue inboard motor.

This could be meetings, one-on-one coaching, small pilot workshops – whatever it takes to get the buzz going that there really is a dynamic way forward.
