Coaching synergy: working the greater truth that lies within
What we call ‘natural coaching’ is to model together the kind of authentic, creative synergy that will utterly galvanise and transform your working culture. The magic ingredient in your business is the synergy of partnerships. As an individual you might appear to do great things, but in relation to the greatest result possible, an individual alone can do very little. Yet, most teams I see are merely ‘pretending’ to be in accord. But the pretence is not deliberate, it is an unconscious defence mechanism. That’s the problem. No one is what they seem to be – everyone is potentially so much more. Without the wisdom of Solomon, how on earth do you tell the difference between true empowerment and false promise? You can’t. But you do have that wisdom inside you. The question is: how do you access it? Unfortunately, you won’t find it – because you don’t need it - if your intention is really to feel safe, secure and comfortable, look good to your colleagues or prove yourself worthy. But if your intention is to achieve authentic success, that’s the purpose of the partnership we build with you. We call it ‘coaching’ because in an ocean of words with myriad meanings and interpretations, it’s as good - and as misleading - as any. But the truth is, as we progress, we model together the kind of creative, innovative synergy that will utterly galvanise and transform your working culture.
