Executive Breakthrough Series: 1-3 participants (or multiples)

A powerful, unequivocal introduction to our work. One of our most popular programmes.
- Set-up: a probing questionnaire and 1-2-1 session (face-to-face or phone) to establish the purpose for and value in a successful outcome.
- Delivery: a full day face-to-face typically here at the NLC with the assistance of one of our amazing horses.
- Follow-up: two, 1 hour telephone sessions (or the equivalent) ideally during the next month.
Leadership Transformation Programme: 1-3 participants (or multiples)

‘LTP’ leads into a six-to-twelve month, intensively supported and challenging series of one-to-one sessions, meetings with key people in your circle of influence (e.g. your board, department, key customers, strategic partners, suppliers, etc) a ruthless audit of your personal organisation and tracking systems and unplanned, unpredictable, creative interventions and assignments that develop naturally and spontaneously out of our partnership.
Leadership and Team Transformation
Often run as an integral component of on-going development programmes by a variety of providers, this highly-acclaimed 2-day workshop has a profound and lasting impact on individuals, teams and boards.
Centred on the 7 questions of transformation, this 2-days with the horses gives everyone the chance to step free from limiting patterns of thought, emotion, belief and behaviour that hold back individuals and stifle organisations.

The deep personal development dimension is enhanced through the ruthlessly honest feedback from our team of amazing horses. This core programme is an essential requirement for completing the 'HAT Practitioner'. Venues to be arranged in the UK and on the Spanish coast.
Licensed HAT™ Practitioner Programme
Reading the book as well as taking 'Canter The Banter' are pre-requisites to completing this programme. It is designed for those of you who want to work professionally in the field of Horse Assisted Transformation and practice facilitating the art of natural leadership.
The way we license you here at the NLC is through your demonstrating excellence, confidence and competence in 4 major interrelated areas:
