We successfully ran a highly-tailored version of a 2-day, Leadership and Team Transformation Programme on the theme of ‘Engaging Vision and Values’. Together with one of our partner organisations, we followed up with one-to-one coaching with the new CEO and CFO. We also supported them in various board meetings and mini-workshops, and a 3-month High-Performance Coaching Skills Development series for senior executives.
