Paul is described as a visionary natural leader and inspirational paradigm-buster. As well as a BSc in Psychology, he has 12 years business experience in top advertising agencies and twenty-five years running his own leadership skills and senior executive coaching consultancy.

Also for 25 years he has been a continuous student of soul transcendence, meditation, yoga, spiritual science, NLP, emotional intelligence and the multi-disciplines of horsemanship.

In 1993 he had a breakthrough experience that led to the creation of Horse Assisted Transformation™ (HAT) a field of education that is rapidly spreading the globe.

When appropriate, Paul uses his own model of HAT to resolve clients’ deep, unconscious issues, clarify their intentions and lead them to the next level of fulfilling their life and corporate purpose.
