HAT™ Part 4: 2-Day Assessment and Student Showcase
At the beginning of the training, you will be briefed on enrolling and setting up the 2-day showcase workshop. As a team you, the trainees (under hands-off supervision), will be entirely responsible for enrolling an agreed minimum of ‘real’ fee-paying clients. You will then facilitate all aspects of the 2-day workshop including the presentation of models and key concepts, facilitating the energy flow in the group, set-up of exercises, working with and taking care of the horses, de-briefing the process and completion of the work. You will also be required to write an article, make a video or create a personal website on your experience of HAT suitable for publication. We want to ensure that you have the optimal chance of succeeding in HAT as a viable business. Your ability to share about your experience and communicate in different media is a vital key to this. Assessment will also be based on feedback and observation of the ‘showcase’ and that of your peers and others on the Horsejoy staff. We want us all to enjoy the benefits of belonging to a community of practitioners operating at a high level of skill and integrity so standards will be set high but also fairly in relation to the type of work and client-levels you want to work with.
